Meet Dr. Kim Do





Dr. Kim Do is a meticulous and empathetic provider who strives to provide her patients with the highest quality care while ensuring their comfort.
Dr. Do grew up in California, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry in 2012. During her time at USC, Dr. Do participated in specialized programs providing dental care to patients with special needs, an experience that strengthened her commitment to compassionate patient care.
After dental school, Dr. Do served in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps for ten years, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. She completed advanced specialty training in endodontics at Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, MD, where she also earned a Master of Science in Oral Biology. During her residency, she mentored general dentists in endodontics and led an innovative clinical trial focused on improving endodontic outcomes.
Dr. Do is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a distinction achieved by only 25% of endodontists. She has demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment to the profession to reach the highest level of education in endodontics. She remains dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly pursues advanced
continuing education to stay at the forefront of endodontics.
Since beginning practice in Connecticut, Dr. Do has been selected by her peers each year as one of Connecticut’s “Best Dentists.” She values precision, integrity, and clear communication in every aspect of her practice. Above all, she is committed to ensuring that each patient feels comfortable, informed, and well cared for throughout their treatment.
When she’s not treating patients, Dr. Do enjoys spending time with her family, playing pickleball, nerding out on endodontic forums and exploring the Connecticut shoreline.
She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Connecticut Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, Shoreline Dental Society and New Haven Dental Association.
